RENTRI and digital registers: how traceability is changing
With RENTRI, waste traceability moves from paper to digital: loading and unloading registers, consignment notes and documents are managed in the national electronic system. The transition takes place in phases and requires procedures and staff to be updated.

Loading and unloading registers and consignment notes, traditionally kept on paper, are managed in RENTRI using digital templates. The data is single, shared and verifiable along the whole chain.

The system provides new register and consignment note templates, completed in electronic format. Keeping records digitally requires access to the system, data entry and retention of the information in the prescribed manner.
